We love the self-paced but well-structured approach that Talia and her team use. It's fun for the dogs and for us too!
Harley has taken some obedience classes and has just started agility training. The obedience classes have been so wonderful for him. The instructors are positive, patient, kind, and encouraging. We just stated the agility, and our dog seems to love it, as do we. I love how each dog at zoom room is always given the space and time to focus on their own individual needs. We love it at zoom room!
The trainers are really nice but I had a medical problem in the family and I needed to cancel my membership and they were not accommodating at all. I explained the situation that my husband had to travel overseas because his mom was very sick and I had to take care of his business here but they were very clear that I signed a contract and I had to pay for another month. I understand the contract but sometimes life happens and I think they should have waved the 30 days notice. Not very happy with their attitude

For a training company, they expect your dog to be trained before walking in the door for the first time. The owner was extremely rude to me. If you’re looking for somewhere to take your dog, go somewhere else where you will be welcomed.
