I can’t say enough great things about Zoom Room Sandy Springs! The trainers are fantastic, and the entire team creates such a caring, patient, and positive environment. It’s clear that they genuinely care about helping both you and your dog succeed. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and observant, and they do a wonderful job tailoring their approach to each dog’s individual needs. Our puppy, Peter, absolutely loves going there! Their guidance has been invaluable in helping Peter learn how to play appropriately with other dogs while developing good manners, obedience, and socialization skills. Because of what we’ve learned at Zoom Room, Peter has grown into a terrific family dog that we can enjoy at home and take anywhere with confidence. I highly recommend Zoom Room Sandy Springs to anyone looking for excellent dog training!

We came to Zoomroom for training our two dogs. Our 2 year old dog was very leash reactive after being attacked while on leash. Our 6 month old dog needed puppy training. After our evaluation with our two year old dog, the lead trainer and owner assured us that their calm down class would help. They estimated she would only need a few classes before moving to obedience classes. We began calm down classes for our 2 year old and puppy training for our puppy. After the first four sessions in calm down class, the lead trainer and owner mentioned that he didn’t think our dog should return and that it was making her reactivity worse. They suggested we use the remaining classes for our puppy. After our puppy graduated and moved to obedience classes, we noticed an abscess in his mouth. We went to the vet and he was diagnosed with oral papilloma virus. We followed treatment protocol and stopped going to training because the virus is highly contagious. Our dogs had not been in any communal or shared spaces with other dogs, besides Zoomroom. The likely culprit for the virus is Zoomroom. We notified Zoomroom and they said ok bring him back when he’s better. Unfortunately, his case did not resolve and he had to have the papillomas surgically removed. This took weeks of recovery. During this time, my job required that we transfer out of state. When I notified Zoomroom, they said we could transfer the remaining classes to another facility, to let them know where we settled. When we let them know there were ultimately no zoom rooms within a reasonable driving distance and asked for a refund, they said no. They offered to let us sell the classes, but offered no other resolution. TLDR: after assuring us they could help our leash reactive dog, they told us they could not help her and said she could not come back and our other dog contracted oral papilloma virus and required surgery with significant recovery time (his tongue had to be removed and sewn back on). After all of that, they offered no remedy or refund after a move out of state. Between training and illness contracted at Zoomroom, we spent over $4,000 and have nothing to show for it. Find a different training program.

We’ve attended three classes and a group event at Zoom Room Sandy Springs over the past month, and the experience has been consistently wonderful. The classes are positive, well-paced, and allow plenty of time for Sassy to recover between exercises. Watching the other owners work through the same skills helps both Sassy and me better understand what we’re trying to accomplish. Sassy gets excited when we arrive, which might be the strongest review of all! I love the personalized feedback at the end of each class and the progression system—it feels a little like working toward a dog-training black belt. The facility is clean, calm, and welcoming, and the special events are a great bonus. Highly recommend!

He gets so excited to go to training and playgroups and whines when we leave to go home! In just one month of being members, we have noticed a huge difference not only in his socialization skills but in his own self confidence as well. Zoom room has also improved our personal skills to train him at home on our own. We have enjoyed the group training sessions to work on his focus around other dogs and distractions, and are very excited to start our one-on-one private training sessions this week. 10/10 would recommend zoom room for any dog, even if they are shy and nervous like Rocky was at first!
