Zoom Room Dog Training

This is an amazing facility and *such* a great way to support raising a puppy. Every interaction is thoughtful and designed to raise confident, well-adjusted, and happy dogs. The Perfect Puppy package is an amazing value for what you're getting. We started with a personal trainer but actually left half the sessions on the table when we found the Zoom Room and I don't regret it for a second. Not only are we getting excellent training, but the fact that it's in group sessions doubles with socialization. They have time for free play, and time for structured training where they learn to calmly exist near other dogs and people. Having both within the same session is helping us raise such a wonderful, balanced dog. I did honestly prefer group classes led by Andrew because he started with some relaxing engagement time first, then play time, then structured training for the rest. This set our pup on a better footing for the day than starting with playtime, but *all* the classes we have attended have been wonderful.

I’ve had a really great experience with Zoom Room in Cary. The instructor I've had classes with does an excellent job helping with individual problems and takes the time to answer questions specific to each puppy and owner. That personal attention has made a big difference for me and my puppy. The puppy socialization sessions have also been fantastic. It’s been great for my puppy to safely interact with other dogs and build confidence in a structured environment. One thing that really stood out to me was how well the instructor taught clicker training. I actually tried clicker training in the past with another dog through a different company, but it wasn’t explained very well and I struggled to use it effectively. Here, the instructor broke everything down clearly and made it easy to understand and practice. The facility itself is also friendly and welcoming and is kept very clean. Overall, I’ve learned a lot already and I’m really happy with the experience. I’d definitely recommend this program to anyone looking for a supportive and well-run place to train their puppy/dog.
