Do not trust this new version of Zoom Room . The new staff is led by cooperate Zoom Room, people who have no experience or certifications training dogs.

This place has been so great for my pup and I. My pup loves it! Haylie has been very knowledgeable and helpful

Management does not care about the dogs or clients, they cancelled all appointments and closed without notice when people had scheduled several weeks in advance. Since new management took over they don't accept reactive dogs and won't give people a refund when they came to work with the trainers they laid off. Check out classes at Seattle humane society, ahimsa dog training, or atlas. Do not trust these people with your dog!

Friendly staff and very knowledgable about training. I was relieved to know playtime with my 3 month old puppy was safe, clean, and with other puppies in the same age group.
