Zoom Room Dog Training

There is a clear lack of communication and empathy at this facility. We chose to come here despite living over 30 minutes away because of the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. During orientation, we were told to schedule an evaluation for our 6-month-old puppy after mentioning she can be shy in new environments, behavior they also said was normal. We arrived 12 minutes late due to traffic, and they refused to see her. While I understand being on time is important for a business , the lack of understanding and compassion was disappointing especially after our long drive. The staff felt cold and unapproachable, which left a poor impression on both me and my kids. I also received a call just one day before the appointment saying her vaccination records were incomplete something that could have easily been clarified earlier in the week so I could contact my vet for an updated record. Overall, it was not the welcoming or supportive experience we hoped for.

I started taking my mini schnauzer Penny Lane to Zoom Room Chandler when she was about 6 months old. She knows when we pull up to the building that it’s learning time and fun time! I love the variety of classes they offer for beginners. All of the trainers are so kind to us pet parents and have such patience even when we get frustrated with our pups. Always there to encourage us! I’ve never trained a dog before and from the front desk staff to all the trainers I feel supported!

I've been taking Penny to Zoom Room since she was three months old. She LOVES coming here and this gives us something fun to do together almost every week. I've learned many skills that help me communicate better with her and deepen our bond. The instructors truly care about your bond with your pet and ensure it's a safe and fun experience for everyone. Penny is a very good girl thanks to Zoom Room Chandler. I highly recommend enrolling and testing it out - you and your dog will have a great time!
