This is an amazing facility that truly cares about pups and their families. When another dog training location closed, Culver City received us and treated us so nicely. All of the staff are so friendly and caring. I enjoy all of their classes and they are so supportive and patient.
Omar is patient and encouraging. He has a keen observation of both owner and dog. I try to make all my agility classes with Omar.

My husband & I have been taking our puppy Pizmo to Zoom Room for almost a year. At first, we took her to the Woodland Hills location - and when this spot unexpectedly shut down, the friendly folks at the Culver City location kindly took us in & even let us redeem our remaining class credits we had purchased from Woodland Hills. We were impressed by the Culver City staff immediately - they are all incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to our needs for Pizmo. I’d like to particularly mention Nayamka (manager) and DJ (trainer), who have been absolutely wonderful. They both exemplify quality customer service & being true dog experts. I appreciate how much they also invest in coaching us humans to establish strong & healthy connections with our pups, which is essential to training. Happy to share that as of today, Pizmo has finally graduated from her Obedience class! There’s hope yet for our adorably rambunctious little one :) Thank you, Nayamka & DJ, for making our Zoom Room experience such a positive one so far!
