I can't actually rate the Zoom Room training and services, although I would have liked to try them. Had an appointment to bring my dog here for an evaluation. My dad ended up in the hospital on hospice care and was given 1-3 weeks to live, so naturally I cancelled the appointment. I told them I was fully aware I would have to pay the deposit since the cancellation was not within the timeframe to get it back and that it was fine. They kept pushing me over and over to reschedule the appointment and I kept declining saying it wasn't a good time. Finally, they just said "Whatever" and hung up on me. If an immediate family member about to pass away isn't a good enough reason for you to cancel an appointment, much less not be rude on the phone, I don't know what is. Thanks for making a terrible situation suck that much more.
Edit: Truly appreciate the kind words, but it was definitely this location. I checked my confirmation, credit card statement and phone records to confirm. I don't think anyone would own up to this and I totally get it, and maybe this person was just having a bad day. I also get that. We never know what is going on in other's lives so a little kindness goes a long way. Thank you again for the kind words, they did help. ☮️

Such a great class. Malory was super patient and very knowledgeable. Not only did my dog learn some new lessons, but so did I. Thank you zoom room we’ll definitely be back.

Courtney is the best!! She has really helped us when we rescued our pit bull terrier with recognizing her agility to behavior. Courtney is so patient and very thorough with her instructions and has honestly trained us as humans more than our dog! Highly recommend this place and we will continue training with them!
