FirstBarkI have used Zoom Room in Indian Trail with two Pups in Training for a service dog organization, Canine Companions. All of the trainers have been very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff is customer service oriented and provides help and suggestions geared toward your particular pet. Can't say enough about them... well worth the time and money. We don't train dogs. We train the people who love them. Zoom Room is an indoor dog gym built around one idea: socialization builds confidence. Not just obedience , the kind of real-world calm that lets you take your dog anywhere. Cafes, travel, work, crowds. Small group classes in obedience, agility, puppy training, scent work, tricks, and more. Supervised playgroups. Private gym sessions. Birthday parties. Positive reinforcement only. You're in every class, learning alongside your dog. More like a gym membership than a course , come on your schedule, train at your pace.

We absolutely love all things Zoom Room Indian Trail (NC)! We have a 1-year-old very anxious dog that has been blossoming thanks to not only the training sessions we’ve attended, but also the variety of classes that are offered at Zoom Room. Ashe’s favorite is Puplates where she gets to try new tasks outside of her comfort zone (i.e. balancing on wobbly things). She also loves that everything is based on positive reinforcement because she gets all the praise and treats as rewards as she works toward a goal. We’ve seen so much growth in her over the last year and look forward to even more! Thanks, Zoom Room!
We have been taking our dogs to Zoom Room Indian Trail for a few months now and we have seen great improvement in our dogs overall behavior and confidence. The team of trainers are fantastic and always make our dogs feel special! We love zoom room!

I'm so glad our family discovered Zoom Room when Lua was invited to her sibling 1-year-old birthday party! We've been doing Agility Fundamentals (so much fun!) and Obedience. We love all the staff - each of them are so helpful and work so well with the dogs (and their people). It's a great way to bond with your dog and learn together. I also like that Lua is gets to be around other dogs in a positive environment. She has learned a lot and continues to grow with every training session.
Both my 5yo GSD and my 13yo Aussie LOVE Zoom Room. We tried the Barks and Beyond class and while their levels of training are different (aussie is way more advanced than GSD ... for now), they both had a blast as did we! Both my 5yo GSD and my 13yo Aussie LOVE Zoom Room. We tried the Barks and Beyond class and while their levels of training are different (aussie is way more advanced than GSD ... for now), they both had a blast as did we! Was great to be able to train both dogs at once and with a friend to help the dog I wasn't the handler for accept direction from someone other than me (I'm the primary trainer/handler in our household). Zoom Room is such a welcoming and fun place, perfect for both beginners and advanced dogs. The staff at Indian Trail are very well informed and incredibly eager to help you and our dog!
