Everyone is always incredible! Cadence has been going for nearly a year and has never had a bad, or even "meh" experience! The trainers (I'd mention by name, but I've been to classes with all of them multiple times and could not pick a favorite) have helped both of us build confidence in each other, and I can't wait to see what we can do over the next year!

Zoom Room has been so great to my dog and I! they are patient and answer all questions I have, they are also so supportive during the whole training process! the trainers are great (especially lara!) and the play area is always clean! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I've taken dog training classes at many facilities over the years, very pleased with my experiences thus far at Zoom Room. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, communicate well. They do a good job of adjusting the classes to dogs' and handlers' skill level. Love the flexibility to schedule at different times and to take different types of classes. I absolutely LOVE to see positive reinforcement based training emphasized and well explained as it is at ZR. I do not feel we have many options in the Dayton area for this. I feel comfortable recommending ZR to friends with new pups or limited dog training experience. Facility is in a safe area and clean, well maintained.
