Love this place - Zoom Room Centerville! Everyone is so friendly, the trainers and assistants/support staff share great training methods - kind, positive reinforcement! Flexible schedules make this extra nice too! Looking forward to getting Fiona into a Thurs eve play-group.
They also have a nice selection of treats, collars, leashes, enrichment toys, etc.
My only critique is that it can be difficult to hear the trainers explaining what we are suppose to do - a microphone might be nice? They do come around to each dog to assess how they are doing though.

My fur baby LOVES Zoom Room! All the employees/ trainers are wonderful. They show patience and are very experienced. I've been spreading the word about Zoom Room... go!!!! You and pet will have a great time.

I started taking my little buddy to the Zoom Room about three weeks ago.
It is a clean environment and the staff is quite knowledgeable.
Rascal is very leery of people, but within the second visit with a trainer, she was able to rub his chest. On the third visit he had warmed up to her enough to let her pet him and play with him.
I cannot thank all the staff enough for their help.

I really enjoy the Zoom Room Training. They show you how to work with your dog and give ideas on how to continue the training at home. I’m looking forward to more classes, so I can help my puppy be her best!
