Scheduled an evaluation for my two dogs, was told to bring both of them 10AM on Friday August 30th. We didn't even get in to the building. Someone working there came outside as we were entering and told me that she couldn't do the evaluation without two handlers present, and someone should have told me, who was working when I scheduled (etc). It was communicated aggressively and she definitely made me feel like I did something wrong bringing them. Not sure if we will attempt a reschedule. Would appreciate a conversation with the franchise owner, but can't find their contact info.
