It is an exceptional place for anyone looking for a fun and effective way to train their dog. The facilities are top-notch, with a clean and spacious training area that is perfect for both group classes and one-on-one training sessions. The staff, especially trainer Alex, is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and they make sure to provide each dog with personalized attention and care. What I love about the Zoom Room is that they use positive reinforcement techniques that make training fun and enjoyable for both the dog and the owner. Alex is patient and supportive, and she provided me with plenty of encouragement and guidance throughout the training process. She even helped me understand my dog's behavior better and gave me some great tips on how to handle it. Overall, I highly recommend the Zoom Room in Sherman Oaks to anyone looking for a positive, effective, and enjoyable way to train their dog. Whether you're a first-time dog owner or have had dogs before, the Zoom Room is the perfect place to go. Do Not Come Here The owner Diego has zero concern for dog safety and your dogs will be at risk of injury and contracting illnesses on the premises. As someone who has been a customer and employee for years I've witnessed countless infractions of labor code, safety guidelines, and abusive/harassing treatment towards staff, especially female staff. Your dog is only dollar signs to the owner and I don't advise giving your money to someone who refuses to pay his must dedicated staff. There is quality training elsewhere!
