Usually, Yuki is a bit nervous around people but he cannot wait to go to “zoomies” and practically pulls me into the front door. He patiently waits his turn and then has the time of his life in the gym. The trainers make changes so that he’s always having to think and focus. I’m not sure who has more fun, my fluff or me watching him. The coaches are so patient and encouraging. Ten stars!
Amazing people. Very knowledgeable & patient. Store front is amazing, lots of toys and treats that I can't get in any normal pet store. Loads of treats, toys, and accessories. Tons of classes and play groups for all kinds of stuff.

We love the Zoom Room. We are so thankful a place like this exists in Knoxville. The trainers are incredible. My dog has gained a lot of confidence since starting. At first she was afraid to put her paws on anything off the ground but after a just a few classes she can now walk with agility on elevated items. This has helped us when it’s time to weigh her because she used to be afraid to step on the scale. I highly recommend them. They also help with many other things too like loose leash walking and avoiding distractions. My dog loves them too. She knows when it’s Zoom Room day and starts crying with anticipation when it’s almost time to go. We are so glad we found Zoom Room!
Of all the dog trining I’ve used over the years, Zoom Room has been the best. The variety of classes and availability make it so easy to fit training our pup into our schedule. Jeaux Jeaux loves coming here!
