We don't train dogs. We train the people who love them. Zoom Room is an indoor dog gym built around one idea: socialization builds confidence. Not just obedience , the kind of real-world calm that lets you take your dog anywhere. Cafes, travel, work, crowds. Small group classes in obedience, agility, puppy training, scent work, tricks, and more. Supervised playgroups. Private gym sessions. Birthday parties. Positive reinforcement only. You're in every class, learning alongside your dog. More like a gym membership than a course , come on your schedule, train at your pace.

Zoom Room is the BEST!!!! We were having trouble finding dogs to socialize our Boston Terrier puppy Beans with safely since she was so small. Zoom Room offers puppy playgroups where their wonderful and knowledgeable staff lead and supervise playtime which allows Beans to learn how to interact with other dogs and gives us the peace of mind of knowing that if any dogs aren't getting along the staff will step in. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and have helped teach us how to tell if playtime is going well and when/how to intervene. They even offer a small dog playgroup that we plan on bringing Beans to when she's older. Beans absolutely loves going to Zoom Room and we look forward to watching her have so much fun each visit we can't recommend them enough!!💕
The people at Zoom Room, New Albany, are very knowledgeable. We were overwhelmed with many of our 10 month old pup’s behaviors and not only were our 4 private training sessions helpful, but we found some immediate relief with some over the phone suggestions. They really care about you and your pup and want to help. I definitely recommend them.
The trainers are very attentive and provide individualized attention to each dog, regardless of what level they're at. The facility is also very clean. I would highly recommend giving it a try!
Our dog is almost done their puppy kindergarten class and we have had a great experience! The building is always very clean! And they have a nice shop with toys and treats!
