Hi Sonya, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that our group class format didn’t meet Oliver’s needs. Every dog learns and socializes differently, and our first priority is always to help each dog feel safe, supported, and successful. For pups who become overstimulated or frustrated in close proximity to other dogs, we often begin with barriers to help them acclimate gradually and reduce anxiety before transitioning to more open work. Our policy does not allow refunds once multiple sessions have been used. However, we completely understand your goals, which is why we converted the remaining classes to private sessions as an alternative path to help Oliver build neutral, calm behavior around other dogs at his own pace. We also extended your pass from 3 months to a full year. While group classes weren’t the best fit for him right now, the private sessions remain on your account should you need them in the future. We truly wish you and Oliver all the best. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to work with him.

We’ve seen some fantastic progress, especially with her focus and impulse control. It’s impressive to see how well she’s doing with name game, auto watch, and even challenging tasks like weaves and puppy push ups on the equipment. You’ve really done a great job helping her stay engaged, and we love seeing her excitement during those fun puplates sessions with the wobble boards and peanut!
