Zoom Room Dog Training

Honestly, I don't know why it took me so long to write this review. My pups and I have been attending Zoom Room Classes, pretty much since they have opened. Our 2 year old Bull Dogs: (Pearl & Willie) love their Agility Class, while my puppy Hank, has been attending Puppy classes since he was tiny. Our pups look forward to their trips to Zoom Room & is always exhausted after their Class. Hank loves going to Puppy Play Group, where he has made so many new friends, his age. Everyone that works at Zoom Room is BEYOND friendly & are all aligned in knowing what each dog’s needs are, for ultimate success. We are beyond grateful for Zoom Room & the service they provide, to the Dogs and People of Lakewood & surrounded areas. Thank you Zoom Room 💙

Upon entering the zoom room facility, I notice right away the whole property was spotless and well-organized. It was clear that the staff took cleanliness seriously, as everything from the training areas to the common spaces was pristine and welcoming. The staff members specifically Kodi & Amanda were incredibly professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable about dog agility and took the time to answer all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. Their professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. They approached positive reinforcement training with the right balance of logic and empathy. It is super encouraging. They used gentle, reward-based techniques that were highly effective. It was wonderful to see the dogs responding so well. The staff ensured that all dogs were monitored closely, and there were clear safety protocols in place. This made me feel confident that my dog was in a safe and secure environment. The overall environment of the facility was friendly and inviting. It was clear that there was a strong sense of community among the pet owners and staff. The facility provided a supportive atmosphere where everyone felt welcome. To close in conclusion, my experience with zoom room was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and positive environment for their dog to train and thrive.
