I have a Min Pin 3 yr old rescue. Does fine at the dog park but aggressive when on leash & approaching other dogs while being walked
I corrected this behavior with high value treats like salmon or chicken liver. A no pull head collar works very well too!

Would definitely recommend as a place with a positive environment for puppies to get to learn about being around other dogs and humans.
