I have a 4yr old 16 lbs. rescue mix who I think is aggressive on leash. I'm afraid to find out unsupervised. Per groomer he is fine in a group without leash. Can you help me with this issue.

We attend Puppy Preschool classes at Zoom Room in Belmont with our Japanese Akita puppy, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The trainers are fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and excellent at keeping all the puppies safe while also “training” us as owners.
We especially loved the thoughtful exposure to unusual items like a skateboard, umbrella, agility equipment, and even a wheelchair, which is such a valuable part of early socialization. The staff is welcoming, the facility is very clean (especially important for puppies), and the class size of about eight puppies feels just right.
Another big plus is that it’s not always the same group, so puppies learn how to appropriately meet and interact with different dogs. Highly recommend Zoom Room to anyone starting their puppy off on the right paw!

We had a great experience at Zoom Room. We first brought our dog with a few months old, he was scared and barky, so they accommodated our puppy with blockers to help him adjust. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they created a positive environment that made us want to keep coming back even with our barky puppy. Their style is positive reinforcement, and we felt very confident in a judgment-free zone. A shout out to Georgie and Henry, who are awesome trainers! Beyond obedience classes, we had a lot of fun in tricks and agility as well.

He was in a shelter for the majority of his puppy life. When we adopted him his energy level was through the roof. Even though we had prior dog experience, Gouda was different. We enrolled him in zoom room after hearing high praises from a co worker. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Communication was amazing when dealing with scheduling and cancellations. We loved trainer Meg! She was with us in obedience1-2-3 and the doggie citizen test. Her direction and explanations were so helpful and Gouda responded very well. We have made Zoom room a permanent part of Goudas weekly routine because we noticed he genuinely enjoys the atmosphere. We utilize zoom room for obedience, agility, toys, and special treats.

Zoom Room is the best place to train your dog in the Bay Area! We had a fantastic time with our Australian Shepard mix and learned all the basics. The trainers are very supportive and positive with treat and reward based learning. We highly recommend Zoom Room!
