I'm very disappointed in my experience at zoom room. The initial phone conversation covered questions such as why my dog needed training, her personality and problem areas. I was asked to pay $49 for the first session and I took time off to attend this with my dog. I was expecting her to get her first training session. Instead we spent an hour going over the same questions and pricing. This was a waste of money. I do not expect to money for another conversation about my dog.

Hi Rehana! thank you for your honest review. we apologize if you feel that our services were not what you were anticipating. We do our best to be as transparent as possible with all of our clients, so there must have been some sort of misinterpretation of the expectations for the first visit. We make it known to all of our clients that the first visit is just to gather more information about the behaviors that were mentioned in the initial intake call and create a custom training plan based on that information. So yes, we do ask some similar questions in both the intake call and the evaluation, the differentiating factor being that the evaluation gives us an idea of your dog and how they move and interact in the environment they're in as well as with you, and it also allows us to potentially see some of these behaviors in action so we know just how to move forward with your custom training plan while the intake call just gives us a brief overview of what you are struggling with. Again, we apologize that we were not the right fit for you, but we hope that you still find what you're looking for and that you can get your dog the training that they need!

Our puppy just finished Puppy Preschool at Zoom Room Santa Clarita and we couldn't be more satisfied. Rayvenne was awesome! She was always positive and encouraging. We look forward to moving on to the Puppy Training class now.

We've had only great experiences with our two dogs who are in training at Zoom Room. Rayvenne, CJ, Allie, Melissa, and Hailey (sorry if I'm forgetting anyone) have been wonderful trainers and guides helping us navigate my dog's fear reactivity and our puppy's overall really intense, chaotic energy. Both puppers love going to Zoom Room every week for obedience, and our puppy is psyched on agility training now too. I highly recommend all of the trainers and am grateful for how much progress we've made with both dogs.
