Zoom Room Dog Training

When submitting personal information for a dog-training course, we were pushed about a "payment plan option" but weren't disclosed that it was actually to sign up for an "All Pets Card" with an over $1,800 charge made to them. I never used their product and called the same day to tell them we weren't interested. I later learned that we were tricked into the credit card AND purchasing a bunch of classes, they refused to refund and the All Pets Card said they could do nothing because their manager, Amit, had our forms that we were tricked into signing.

I AM SO GLAD I attended training at ZoomRoom Santa Clarita! My experience here was transformative for both me and my dogs. I came to ZoomRoom at my wit's end, with 2 highly reactive German shepherds, ages 6 & 8, who were a nightmare to take on walks. Any time they would see another animal - even from far away, - they would bark, lunge, scream, pull or try to rip themselves free of the leash. Together they outweigh me, so you can imagine what a struggle it was to deal with them when they were acting up! The diamond dog package was well worth it! 1 year later, I am now able to take my dogs out and actually enjoy walks again! I learned so much under the guidance of Allie, Rayvenne and CJ, as well as Amit, the owner. Not only were all of these people very knowledgeable, but I was also blown away by their kindness and positivity - and I cannot emphasize this enough; it was refreshing to be around such a fantastic group of people! Each trainer was very respectful, mindful of safety, and considerate of individual needs and emotional states. With their help, I was able to improve my skills as a dog owner, as well as adjust my expectations and forgive myself for the struggles and frustrations I had faced. Unlearning behavior is extremely difficult. My dogs and I aren't perfect, but the improvement was like night and day! We are still continuing to practice what we learned and every day we get a little better! My favorite exercise was walking the dogs in a circle around the gym (simple yet effective!) I thought it was a really great way to desensitize and build new habits. Learning about thresholds, body language, and proper redirection techniques was vital for me! Thank you ZoomRoom Santa Clarita!
