Zoom Room Dog Training

Can't recommend this facility. Its not for small Ppl with large Dogs fitted I called to enroll me and my dog a Great Dane into obedience classes. My dog is a 115 pound Great Dane and i am a 106 pound lady in her 50. He is a lovely 14 month old dog with no aggression. While my dog already listens to commands like sit, lay down, by Fuss and so on i was looking for integrating him safely to meet other dogs on the outside while walking him out on the streets.The trainer on the phone was promising that this is no problem, many dogs meet in the zoom room before and Tonto can easily being integrated into class. So i arrived at the location and brought my dog into the class room. We meet up with a kind young man and he offered Tonto treats which he took once, but the second offer Tonto denied. It was for an evaluation to see the dog and find out about Tontos Character and what trainings method would fit best. I was prepaired to do anything as long the trainings process would be safe. The young man asked me about how i like the facility. I looked around and saw that were no hooks to tie up my dog, as he gets incredible exited if he sees a other dog. He is not agressive, its only excitement. However i have a hard time to keep him in check as if he begins to pulling, jumping because he wants to great other dogs that creates for me a problem to hold on. So while the young man explained to me that every owner needs to train their own dog, and i get it, i would have to hold on onto Tonto in this place and the hooks have been dismantled as ppl have to hold on to the dogs. The point for me was to have a safe place to train Tontos behavier to control and physicaly i am not strong enough to hold on. So i must say that this is dangerous and the Zoom Room seems to be created only for strong ppl with smaller dogs. He also mentioned that i could tie the dog leash around my waist .Absolutely out of his mind i am thinking that i could get hurt as well other ppl- is completly crayzi and i can't recommend this place, except to strong ppl with small sized dogs.
