Extremely Disappointed — False Promises and No Accountability Man, I really wanted to like Zoom Room. I appreciated the structure of the classes and had high hopes for my dog’s training. But unfortunately, it was all sold on false promises. They convinced me to pay $1,677 upfront — a price I couldn’t afford at the time — and recommended I apply for a pet credit card to finance it, promising I could pay it off in 6 months with no interest. I was told I’d receive a specific number of classes, a private lesson, and more. In reality, I was only able to attend about 10 classes before they abruptly closed down with no warning. No emails, no updates — just gone. And now they’re refusing to issue any refund, even though I never received the full services I was promised. I’m now stuck with a large balance for a service that was never fully delivered. I’ve decided to take legal action. This has been a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. Be very cautious before signing anything or paying upfront.

After paying more than $1,877 on March 2025 supposed to be for 48 class sessions and we only had 8 classes, now the company states Permanently Closed. So pretty much is a RIP OFF, beware guys with this ZOOM ROOM company. Hopefully we will get refund for the classes that we did not even use. Otherwise we will have to go to different route. Training class for my dog actually is kind of good, but the way that they set up for classes and cancelled our class many time is not professional at all. Again this review hopefully Management of ZOOM ROOM can contact me and reimburse my un used classes and refund back to my credit card.
