I love all of the trainers at Zoom Room Metcalf. The environment is relaxing for my dogs as well as myself. The trainers are all very knowledgeable in what they are teaching. They respect pets and owners alike and share in the excitement of a success as much as Mom or Dad. It’s as much about the parents learning and gaining confidence as it is our fur babies succeeding in their training. Mike is a wonderful owner and respects his trainers. I would recommend Jennifer or Lee ann or Nicole because they all truly love what they are doing. It shows in how they interact with fur parents and fur babies!!

Very glad we found Zoom Room. We tried in-home personal training, but it wasn't working. Zoom Room works! Lucy loves going, and we are seeing tremendous progress. My husband said, "I wish I would have had this knowledge with our other dogs." Highly recommend.

My wife and I have taken 2 of our pups to Zoom Room since January of 2025 - every week - sometimes twice a week. We experienced all the trainers (Jennifer, Amy, Nicole, and Leanne) and everyone is great! We have one fearful dog who is 75lbs and one loud 20lb pup - both are easily accommodated and have made great progress through the year in their respective problem areas. We participated in beginner and intermediate obedience, beginner and intermediate agility, and tricks classes. I can’t say anything bad about any of them. It’s been great seeing our dogs grow and enjoy their time there.
