Zoom Room

We adopted our Dexter from a local shelter a little over a year ago and a couple months ago decided to find a training facility for him to help teach him and us better manners and help reduce his reactive behavior to other dogs and help reducing his demand barking. We looked at board and train facilities, but felt we needed to be part of the training, so one day we stopped in at the Zoom Room in Plano to ask about their training program. This is exactly what we had been looking for. They had an opening that afternoon for an orientation for Dexter, so we went home and brought Dexter for an evaluation. We could tell right away he enjoyed learning positive behaviors and a few days later, we signed him up for more lessons. This program offers pet owners a chance to learn right along with their dogs with positive reinforcement training. They make it fun and rewarding for the dogs and Dexter has learned a lot in the last couple of months. Dexter now gets really excited when we turn into the parking lot and sees the Zoom Room.
