Zack is amazing! My 6-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, Rocky, just completed a 5-week board-and-train with Zack, and the transformation is incredible. Before, Rocky ruled the house, had zero discipline, and was extremely reactive—walks were miserable, and I’d never dared take him to a public place. Zack was patient, explained every step of the process, and made sure I felt comfortable with the training plan. Now Rocky knows his commands, walks calmly (even off-leash!), and is a much calmer, happier dog. Walks are finally fun, and for the first time ever, we’re going to a public place together—with Zack’s support. Zack is kind, patient, and firm in just the right way. I can’t recommend him enough!
