Jill changed my world. We had just adopted a young dog (not quite a puppy, but lots of puppy energy) who had been a stray. He (Irving) ended up challenging one of our residents dogs (Cici) who wasn't too keen on him to begin with. They fought a lot over seemingly nothing. With Jill's help, we found a way (treats!) to keep the peace and train the resident dog to see Irv in a neutral light. Soon the fighting slowed to an occasional tussle. In our follow up session, we learned ways to teach Irving some patience and manners when it comes to eating... In hopes of curbing his voracious appetite for grass and all things on the ground. I'm excited to practice the games she shared with him and turn him into a more mindful little pup. I also want to shout out the fact that Jill's rates are VERY affordable. I was feeling so hopeless until I found her because I didn't have a spare $500-$1000 laying around for a training session or two. Her rates were friendly on my budget and we got back much more than I ever expected from two sessions... Including notes and homework! I highly recommend Jill for her compassionate approach to training and her approachability. She's amazing and she really helped our little family. I even have hope that Cici may actually LIKE Irving one day! Thank you, Jill!

I took my Great Dane puppy to Jill’s Puppy Kindergarten class. Jill understands that not all dogs are the same and it was a blessing because my puppy is timid. Jill took the time with all of us in the class to discuss issues or concerns we have and provided suggestions on what we could do to help our puppies and us. She provided us with handouts to help with our training at home, she provided us with different situations to see how our puppies would do and always gave great feedback! I would highly recommend using Jill and I’ll will be taking additional classes!!
