Her highlight of the day was to be an escape artist, and Immediately dart toward a busy road. For 3 days straight, prior to contacting Xcaliber Dog Training, we were having to chase her to the road, impede traffic, while trying to catch her. This became a game she liked to play and a terrifying experience for us. From day one, Mitchell was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly effective with our little Honey. We saw noticeable improvements in behavior, obedience, and confidence in a very short amount of time. What truly stood out was how efficiently he trained her while still making the process enjoyable for both us and Honey. He took the time to understand Honey’s personality and tailored the training approach perfectly to her. Mitchell made sure we knew how Honey was throughout the entire time she was away with continuous updates. She even got to take field trips during her training time. Honey’s training was productive, practical, and easy for us to continue at home. Mitchell at Xcaliber was able to take my pup on very short notice and was extremely flexible when it came to pickup, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from the start. From day one, communication was excellent. Throughout the training process, they regularly sent detailed videos that not only showed my dog’s progress but also clearly explained the purpose and intent behind each training exercise. It was obvious they genuinely care about both the dogs and their owners understanding the “why” behind the training.
