Xcaliber Dog Training

I have a 7 month old Boston terrier that Mitchell trained in his 1-week board and train program. He was consistently sending me updates on his progress with pictures and educational videos that I’d be able to refer back to in the future. I was very happy with his progress and surprised with how much more attentive he was once he came back home! He will be returning for the off-leash portion later on!

Mitch trained our very hyper and stubborn dachshund, Millie in his 3 week training class. We were worried that she would feel abandoned by us, but Mitchell sent us daily updates with pictures and videos and she did great! Her confidence and obedience has definitely increased and we feel equipped to handle her new skills. She made new friends and fell in love with Mitch and his fiance! He even took her to a costume contest to socialize her to get her used to going places in public (this was our request). 10 our of 10 recommend!

We were so pleased with the progress Nessie, our 6 month old chocolate lab made during the 1 week boarding session with Xcaliber Dog Training. Mitchell was very communicative and gave us regular video and message updates. She has demonstrated growth and worked on some puppy behaviors that are more manageable now. Mitchell gave us further skills to continue working with her. We intend on sending her for 3 weeks when she’s a little older. We are thankful for Xcaliber expertise and wouldn’t hesitate to send our friends to receive their services.

Our dog warthog is 11 months old and he is a handful. Our issues with him were getting him to listen to common commands, jumping on kids and guest, running out the front door, just to name a few issues. Bringing him to Mitch has been the best decision ever! 30 days without our baby was tough but so rewarding. Warthog is kenneled trained, perfect on and off a leash and listens to our commands. Mitch and his fiancé Reagan communicated with us every step of the way and was always willing to take our calls when we started to miss warthog. We also did hands on training with warthog at their home and learned the commands and proper ways to handle him. We couldn’t have asked for better and we are so thankful to have found an amazing trainer!
