Xaviers Training

We were vetting dog trainers for our Doberman puppy, Anakin, and we just so happen to meet Javier while shopping at Pet Empire. We asked about training and he gave us a couple of great behavioral tips, particularly about dealing with a power breed but recommended we reach out after Anakin completes all of his vaccinations. We planned to start training after New Year's, but Anakin seemed to start his teenager phase early and while we socialized him as much as possible, he seemed to digress particularly with walking, so early December I reached out to Javier for the four 1:1 personal training sessions. We were able to schedule them rather quickly. Javier was very knowledgeable and communicative. He explained clearly how we can create a better connection with Anakin, how our own behavior affects his behavior, and why it was important we correct them. We learned new things that YouTube/Google couldn't have provided because Javier personalized the training around Anakin's breed and temperament. We had our kids attend the trainings as well so we all can get the same training and info, which incredibly improved Anakin's behavior because the training at home was consistent. He also helped build our kids' confidence in walking Anakin. He went above and beyond as a trainer. We will be signing up for the group trainings for additional socialization as well as more 1:1 trainings. We fully trust in Javier's expertise in training our powerful yet crybaby of a Doberman. We highly recommend him!

I took a few intro classes with different trainers before deciding on Xavier! I just did one class today and that's all I needed to know that Xavier is cut above the rest. Training dogs is not just his business, it's his passion and it clearly shows. He takes plenty of time working with you individually to make sure he understands your needs and your dog even in a group setting. The way our high energy puppy responds to his training is nothing short of a a miracle! He keeps his class pretty fun and interactive so it's not only a learning experience for dogs, it's pretty engaging for owners as well! I'll be back many many times even if my puppy turns out to be the most well behaved dog in the whole state.

Xavier is so awesome not only did my 2 year old Dashund do well but, MY husband and I learned so so much I learned alot and I continue to carry on my new instructions with Bagel. I never thought there would be change I called Xavier in disparity he was so kind heard my story and guided us all the way. My husband and I look forward to our next group training with Xavier. Xaviers Training is world class! Do you have a new puppy, need some extra training help with your pup or a pup that has some behavioral issues whether it small or big, Xavier can help! He helped me with my pups anxiety issue whenever we pull into any driveway or parking lot. Our first day was not super fun for my pup as he had to learn not to be anxious when pulling into a parking lot or me exiting the car. With the instructions of Xavier he told what I needed to do and say to make sure my pup get the message. With many attempts we had success in the end. It is still a work in progress and we are getting better with less anxiety. Not only did he help me with this issue, but he helped with some other training issues that we needed to nip in the bud.
