We invested time and resources to find training and enrichment opportunities for our two-year-old Cavapoo. Our pup is very special to us, and we value great experiences. It was a pleasure to work with Lindsay Gallipoli from The Wunderdog Team. From the very first in-home visit, Lindsay connected with our dog and conducted a thorough discovery. Over the course of four sessions, we learned valuable new techniques and perspectives. Our previous training focused on obedience, tricks, enrichment, and socialization, but Wunderdog introduced us to the concept of leadership in dog parenting. This approach made perfect sense to us—if only we had engaged with them sooner! The final session in our initial engagement was especially impactful. Lindsay helped us understand our dog’s reactivity and taught us how to address the underlying behaviors. Thanks to her guidance, our walks are more enjoyable, and we feel confident in managing our pup’s needs. Beyond the training itself, Lindsay also provided written summaries of each session, outlining what we could work on between visits and moving forward. I can't say enough good things about Wunderdog training! I signed up for the three home visit package with Morgan. I was having a couple behavioral issues with my 1-year-old golden retriever. Within the first 5 minutes in my home, she knew what was causing some of his issues. She was amazing and taught us both so much in a short period of time. For our third training session, we met Morgan at Home Depot. At the beginning, it was a big new scary world and by the end, my boy had more confidence and was no longer anxious about loud noises, big carts, and lots of other distractions. We have been working on our homework and he has caught on quickly. I love the report card, handouts, and videos we received after each visit as it can be hard to remember everything while working on different commands. The documents allow me to study and be consistent with our training!
