The first and last puppy play date I attended this morning was fine until I noticed the lead trainer, rather than being more cautious, was permissive of aggression from dogs that she was familiar with. I'm assuming those dogs were already paying clients and that she did not want to insult the watching owners. Unfortunately they lost this potential client. The two other trainers who were on the floor were doing their job, regulating the play, but the woman who was in charge was just sitting there making jokes/excuses for the aggressive behaviors, which set the tone for the other trainers. Attached is a picture of the small but noticeable injury from this morning's incident between my puppy and another dog.
Great team. Really know dogs, great puppy classes.
