We love our dog Zeke and he loves us, but he hasn’t always been friendly to guests in our home, and that’s saying it nicely. We decided to get some training beyond the basics. Zeke first stayed at Woof dogs to get his training kick started and when we picked him up, we were so impressed with what we saw him doing. We had grins from ear to ear. We were excited to continue to reinforce what we all learn. Thankfully we signed up for the in home sessions and Charles was there to further our training with Zeke. Charles was excellent at getting to know Zeke and really tailoring what his and our training needs were for us to be able to enjoy Zeke even more. We saw a big swing in how Zeke behaved pretty quickly and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Grateful for Woof Dogs and Charles.

We just completed a 10 session training series in our home, with Charles and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Our dog is now exceptionally well trained, and every behavior that was previously a challenge has been completely transformed. It’s truly remarkable how much progress has been made. Charles did a wonderful job not only training our dog, but also training us which is just as important. His approach was a bit different from what we initially expected; rather than following a rigid linear program, he adapted each session based on how our dog was progressing. This flexibility made all the difference. He played close attention to our dogs needs while also incorporating the specific issues we wanted to address. What impressed us most was how Charles was able to “soften” the problematic behaviors. Our dog is now calm, responsive, and joy to be around. The transformation has been incredible. The Woof Dog owner, Shay, was also fantastic, very supportive and attentive to our satisfaction throughout the process. We felt truly cared for from the start to finish. We’re so grateful to Charles and the team. Highly recommend anyone looking for thoughtful, effective, and supportive dog training experience!
