The following week, our office reached out to ask how your consultation with Shay went and whether you were interested in additional training for Luna. We did not receive a response and were never made aware that you were unhappy with the service until this review was posted two years later.<br><br>We would also like to clarify that the potty-training videos provided to you were created specifically by WooF Dogs as part of our training knowledge base. These resources are designed to reinforce the information and techniques discussed during the training session and give clients something they can reference afterward as they continue working with their dog at home. They are intended to supplement the individualized instruction provided during the session—not replace it.<br><br>We take client feedback seriously and would have welcomed the opportunity to address your concerns when the session occurred.
