Questions & answers
From GoogleWhat people have asked about this business.
How long does it typically take to get a return phone call from a trainer to start?
Call and ask for Linda Clark. I worked there in the late 90's and she was pretty much hands on with the training and show dog as she was a handler but that msy have changed.

Amazing staff. It's obvious in how my babies reacted to and interacted with Isabella how much they love her. I received text communication and pictures Isabella took of my babies while they were in the boot camp.
We use the groomers and doggie daycare. The staff are the best..
We love this place I recommend it to all pet parents

Had the worst experience. This was my first time taking my dog for boarding at this place and it’s going to be my last time taking my dog here. They told me they could get a copy of his vaccines from his vet and I made it clear to them that he is up to date on all his vaccines. So if they couldn’t get a copy of what they needed they should have reached out to me before proceeding with anything. They didn’t. At pickup I was charged for a vaccine that my dog already got from his vet. It makes me upset that they did not reach out to me before they did anything on my dog. That is NOT okay. I was charged extra fees that were not communicated to me and my dog received unnecessary vaccination. There was no apologies just awkward silence. Even when we dropped him off, a worker literally didn’t say a word to me and came straight to throw a leash on my dog which was weird and my dog was not having it. To make matters worst, the woman that brought him out to me didn’t know if he ate for the day or not. I do not recommend this place. Whether this was a walk-in without prior reservations or not. Everything should have been communicated. If you couldn’t provide proper care because it was a walk-in then don’t offer last min service. And he had his Bordetella vaccine just the week before we took him there. Thanks for asking.
