I am sorry you feel that way, all owners are aware of their reservations in crates. We do book up quickly and sometimes that is all we have available, again we do inform all owners of this upon requesting a reservation, any dog in our care rather they are in a crate or a luxury suite will receive exceptional care. We have large to small kennels, each reservation is based on what the client request. We have different boarding options size ranging from our largest 12 x 16 to the smallest 4 x 4, our standard boarding size is more then enough room for a large 100 lb dog plus they are walked at least 3 times a day for about 30 minutes each time. If you did see a dog with stool in their run, dogs do have accidents and will clean the area as soon as we can, we will give tours at any time ( we do not make you make an appointment) and do apologize if you see things in real time. We would never just leave a dog and not clean them up but it does take time. Our big dog daycare is based for large dogs and depending on the time you came, if you saw all of them down near the front lobby, this could have been lunchtime, someone was going home , or it was break time. Most of our dogs prefer to be in our large dog park but we do have to bring them to the front for all of these reasons and no the dogs are not always happy when we make them take a break from playing. We strive to make a great environment for all dogs including large and small and I am sorry we we unable to meet your needs and leaving a review prior to trying our services. We welcome all owners to come and take a tour and see the facility.

Our daycare program( group play)does not allow dogs that are not spayed or neutered do to safety reasons and the smell put off by unaltered dogs can cause huge complications in a group setting. We apologize you feel that way but we will joy jeopardize any of our clients dogs safety and well being.
