We are addressing this with our team immediately to ensure our space consistently meets the high standards we strive for. We also understand how important transparency is when choosing care for your dog. For the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, we do have controlled access to certain areas and do not allow walkthroughs at all times. However, we should have taken more time to clearly explain our policies and help you feel more at ease during your visit. We apologize as well for the confusion with entry and the wait time despite your call ahead. That is not the experience we aim to provide, and we will be working with our team to improve communication and the arrival process, including expanding our lobby hours to be as accommodating as possible moving forward. We’re glad to hear our team member made a positive impression, but we regret that the overall visit did not reflect the level of trust and comfort we strive to provide.
