I can not say enough about how awesome our experience has been with Winnabow K9. From my first phone conversation with Lora, to the training my pup and family received from Morgan, these ladies exceeded any and all expectations. My pup, came to me very young, too young, so he never got use to being a dog and I possibly over babied him. Mix that with a chocolate lab mentality and I had a 70lb, 7 month old puppy that was stubborn, nervous, overly excited and running me ragged trying everything I could to help him. I would pay these ladies over and over again for the time and foundation they poured into Teach. And, into our family by training us, well. My boy left here so unsure and returned confident and ready to work; with every bit of his fun loving personality still in tact. That’s what I love the most about the training he received with Morgan. Where I’m from, many expect dogs to be trained to hunt, work, or act like a statue, scared stiff. My boy was trained with love, confidence, firmness and fun. He visited TJ Maxx, Lowe’s, Home Goods, a park, and a brewery. Now, that’s training I can appreciate. If you’re questioning if you should give Winnabow a call, stop asking questions and just make the call. 10/10. (But Google only gives me 5). Happy Training.

Today marks one week since Niecy returned from her obedience training, and the transformation has been remarkable. Previously, Niecy was the epitome of an energetic and unruly boxer, with debilitating anxiety that made her refuse walks and hide under the car. Before sending Niecy off to her three-week training program, I was seriously considering re-homing her because I thought I had tried everything in my power. Niecy had learned her basic commands and walking etiquette but was NEVER consistent and had selective hearing. Therefore, much of her training focused on building her confidence and helping her feel comfortable in various environments. Now, Niecy walks with me confidently without hiding or dragging me along the entire way. Overall, her behavior has improved tremendously, and I couldn’t be more grateful to her amazing trainer, Morgan, and the Winnabow K9 team. They turned what I thought was impossible into reality, and I am incredibly thankful. Her destructive behaviors, such as excessive biting on non-edible objects like shoes, remotes, and furniture, have completely stopped. Niecy is now well-mannered and respectful. Before, I doubted that my dog respected me, but now I am confident she does and understands the need to follow my rules. If you’re at your wits’ end with your fur baby, please consider giving Winnabow K9 a shot. I have no regrets. Like many pet owners, I was initially hesitant about sending my dog to training for an extended period without my supervision. However, Morgan did an outstanding job of keeping me informed about everything that was happening, providing updates at least every two days. I would like to highlight that at the end of the training, Morgan took the time to thoroughly walk me through everything Niecy was taught and learned during her program. This ensured we could seamlessly integrate the same routine into her regimen at home. I cannot say enough great things about them and will be recommending their services to any other pet parents struggling with their fur babies. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We were so lucky to find Lora and Winnabow K9!!! Our dog Hana started with the basic puppy course and then went back for the off-leash training. Lora provided updates on a regular basis so we always were kept aware of the progress being made as well as knew that she was in great hands! We are so excited to be able to take Hana out now and show off her new set of skills. Lora came and picked up and brought Hana back each time as well as spent the time to teach us ALL the things at drop off to ensure we were being consistent with training as well as provided up with many helpful tips and tricks customized to our situation. I would recommend Winnabow hands down for any training needs you may have!!!

We were so lucky to connect with Winnabow K9 Board & Train. Our experience was amazing. Lora was patient, professional, and produced awesome results when working with our 6 month old German Shepherd puppy, Loki Bear. He was a terror around the house: jumping, nipping, barking, digging, counter surfing, unstuffing toys and pillows and very reactive to people and other dogs...it was a good thing he was cute! With discipline and exercises, we have a much more manageable and loving member of our family. Her advice was invaluable and we highly recommend Winnabow as a way to really enjoy your pet.
