Wings & Whistles Dog Training & Boarding Facility

Wings and whistles provided an amazing obedience training experience for our mini dachshund Enzo. Rachael was so great to work with, she spent time before, during, and after Enzo’s program ensuring we had all of the information needed to help continue the training process when we returned home. I know that Enzo was well cared for during his time at w&w and we are very pleased with the progress he has made in such a short period of time. Thank you to all the staff for providing such a great experience!

Our dog boarded here from May 30 through June 25 while our family was away in Europe. Before leaving, we felt confident in our decision and entrusted them with her care for an extended stay. During that time, on June 19, we sent a courteous email simply asking how she was doing and, if possible, requesting a brief update and a few recent photos. Our email was never acknowledged. We intentionally waited until she was safely home before sharing this feedback. She returned home in good condition, and we are grateful for that. However, when a family is separated from a beloved pet for nearly four weeks, communication is an important part of the boarding experience. Even a brief acknowledgment or a simple update would have provided tremendous reassurance while we were thousands of miles away. During that same period, we noticed the facility continued posting photos of other dogs in its care on social media. Seeing those posts while our own request for an update went unanswered made the lack of communication especially disappointing. We hope the facility will place greater emphasis on responding to families whose pets are in their care. Even a brief reply can provide tremendous peace of mind to owners who have entrusted them with a beloved member of the family.
