Wind River Canine Partners, Dog Training & Boarding

I advise customers not to go WIND RIVER CANINE PARTNERS, DOG TRAINING & BOARDING. I had my dog that was a canine good citizen dog and was an emotional support dog since 2017. Wind river said she was a great candidate to become a full service dog however they reneged on their service and said terrible things to a foundation that was going to fund the transition. Very minimal communication went on for nearly a half of year and lack of transparency for a business of this caliber. I was very cordial up until I found out that they wanted to extract a large sum of money from the foundation and spread the timeline out for a year, when my dog and my health didn’t have that kind of time. I’m a veteran who worked with dogs and did special operations with dogs. I have just recently in the past year reached out for help with my ptsd and TBI and my dog is the only family I have left. My dog is the only connection too the outside community that I have left, and they put a halt on that because I called them multiple times to tell them I was willing to cover most of the cost while waiting for the foundation to be finalized. I highly recommend to the people who read these consumer reviews not to choose their services. I would give them zero stars if I could, however one star will have to do for now. For more information check the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU because they refused to refund any of my money. That’s not how business are suppose to work. None of those accusations are true other than I tried to call multiple times. To find out the status of my application or change the status of my application. I never even met the owner of this poor ran business. They actually started the rudeness and couldn’t answer any of my questions after one month of no communication.

To say I'm satisfied with my experience with Wind River Canine Partners would be a major understatement! Words can't completely describe how blown-away and ecstatic I am with the support and training I recieved. I brought my dog, Casserole, to Elena for private lessons to address Cassie's reactivity to dogs (and my anxiety surrounding it!). Elena is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and her experience really shines through. She was very up-beat and receptive to my questions and concerns, and her confidence and clear planning for my dog really set us up for success. I really appreciate how her training prepares us for real life situations. I seriously couldn't be happier! The group hikes are fantastic and easy to sign- up for, and I love them as an opportunity to continue reinforcing our training in a safe environment; I go as often as I can! Finding help for you and your dog that you can trust can be very scary and stressful, but if you need help with your dog, don't hesitate to contact Wind River Canine Partners!
