I can honestly say that Nancy Williams saved my dog's life. She was aggressive to the point where many dogs would have been put down. I had started to fear that might be the only option for me. With a few visits and some continued advice by phone or email, Nancy gave me the tools to work with my dog, Sally, myself. Sally lived 15 1/2 years and although she never wanted to interact with other dogs she had a happy, calm life. Our dog, Aki, had a huge problem eating rocks and other foreign objects. By 8 months old, he had had emergency surgery to remove a rock. We tried the standard suggestions but the problem kept getting worse. Airpark Animal Hospital recommended Nancy Williams. She was able to pinpoint WHY he was doing this, and after one visit and a follow-up phone conference, her recommendations resulted in a dramatic improvement. It helped keeping a diary of how often he picked rocks up, what we did, and what happened as a result. We were so fortunate to find Nancy. It is now two years later and Aki is doing great and is one happy dog (and we are happy owners). He will still sometimes pick things up, but knows to drop them.

We took our fearful 4 month old rescue puppy to Nancy, who was recommended by our vet. We did exactly what she said to do but her methods only made our dog worse. She used a technique called "flooding." It was definitely not a fear free method and it backfired. When our dog was 2 years old we went to a new vet who guided us to a Board Certified Veterinary Behavioralist. According to the Vet Behavioralis, Nancy should have NEVER advised us to flood the dog with fear-filled exposures. With the guidance of our skilled Vet Behavioralist we have been able to salvage but not totally undo the harm that Nancy's methods caused. She comes off as an "expert" but she totally dropped the ball with us and our dog. Don't waste your money on her. Who you gonna call? NANCY!!!! I have a two year old, 80lb German Shepherd that can’t stand other dogs, cats, cars, birds, bees, and most humans that come within a 100 yard radius of us. Had to use muzzles, extra precautions at the vet, and I could only walk him at night because he was up on his back two legs out of control kind of crazy! Not to mention strong and 5’7....But with just one 3 hour session with Nancy literally everything has changed. She gave me tools and tricks that actually work and helped me understand what was going on in his little brain. She taught me how to handle him and how to “rewire” him and the results have been phenomenal. Before I found Nancy, we didn’t stand a chance.
