Cannot recommend enough! I decided to seek Christine's training services for my dog, an 8 year old lab mix, after reading multiple 5 star, glowing reviews for her from other dog owners. One of the things that really appealed to me about her approach was the concept of individualized, one-on-one training sessions as opposed to group classes like those offered by other trainers in the Seattle area. After one session I was able to begin implementing methods for behavior modification that have proven to be sustainable and effective. It has been a great experience to learn from her during the sessions with my dog. I appreciate Christine's warmth, sincere concern for me and my dog, and her professionalism. The follow up information provided after our sessions is invaluable. I am three sessions in so far, and I continue to see positive results in my dog, particularly improvements in his behavior on leash, while on our walks. Christine is a GEM! We have an adult blue heeler and got a red heeler puppy for Christmas. I imagined the cutest snuggle pics but was shocked and stunned when not only did they not snuggle but they went after each other non-stop. I was lost for how to help the two cohabitate. I got Christine’s name from another highly recommended dog trainer (first good sign). Christine was quick to respond, flexible with scheduling a phone chat about our situation and was really great with working around COVID protocols so everyone felt safe. I could immediately tell that Christine’s passion and love of dogs was beyond her “profession”. We did several different types of sessions to address not only the two dogs needing to ignore each other but also general puppy stuff and some adult less than ideal behavior stuff too! My roommate and I couldn’t have more different approaches to most things and Christine’s techniques, instruction, demonstrations worked really well for both of us and, of course, the dogs! Each session was followed by an email with a recap of the session, notes and reminders and links to any suggested reading/watching resources and supplies. I cannot wait to have more sessions with Christine!
