Wilde Acres

I reached out to Wilde Acres three months ago for help with an unruly puppy who turned each walk into a huge frustration. It got to a point where I dreaded each walk. After just ONE session with Carter, I came back with what seemed like a "brand new" dog. Our family could not believe how well he behaved during walks. Three months later, my now 9-month-old pupper is progressing very well, and our walks together are nothing but fun and joy for both of us. After our initial meeting with Carter, we've worked with Marcello and Anna; both are fantastic trainers who are very knowledgeable and patient with the barrage of questions I have for them each time. In addition, my puppy was absolutely terrified of having his nails trimmed; now, every time he sees Stephanie before his trim session, he gets excited and runs to her, wagging his tail like he's about to take off into the air! Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Wilde Acres and their staff, and I am forever grateful for their help with my pup. I've been recommending them left and right to any dog parent I see outside who seems to be struggling.

Poppy, my dachshund-jack russell, loves Wilde Acres. She responds well to all the training during her stay at “boarding school.” Not only do they train Poppy with care, love, kindness and respect, they do the same with me. Poppy is always super excited to come home but she is also happy to vacation at Wilde Acres as well. Since Poppy graduated training school, she now attends adventure camp during her boarding stay. She loves the obstacle course and hiking. She adores the morning and afternoon playtimes/snuggle times with the staff.
