Chris and Kiira are absolutely amazing. We brought our lab Brickley to basic gun dog when she was about 5 months. The transformation we saw was incredible. We got back a totally different dog. Her recall and drive for birds and bumpers was amazing. They are passionate about teaching the dogs as well as really care about coaching us as the owners to help the dog progress even further. We also have used their boarding which has been great. We would 100% recommend WRK. We have a great dog in the home and a great hunting buddy because of them.
The only people I trust with my dogs is Wild River Kennels. I have used Wild River for hunt training as well as general obedience and couldn’t be happier!
We got our pup from Chris and Kiira in June. Chris and Kiira have been so helpful with obedience training and gun dog training. We were able to have him out in the field flushing pheasants as a young dog thanks to WRK. So thankful for them and their team!

After speaking with over a dozen dog trainers in RI and MA, my wife and I chose to send our 18-month Goldendoodle to the 30-day obedience training program at Wild River Kennels. It was the best decision that we could have ever made. Chris and the team solved all of the problematic behaviors that Bear exhibited. They went above and beyond to make sure that we knew exactly how to maintain Bear's training once we got home, ensuring his continued success. We are now the proud owners of a well mannered, obedient, and patient dog. I have, and will continue to, recommend Chris and Wild River Kennel's team to anyone seeking to improve their relationship with their dog.
