Absolutely the BEST dog trainer! I cannot recommend Hanna and her team enough. She has trained all five of my dogs and completely transformed our household. I had never used a dog trainer before being referred to her, and it has truly been an amazing experience from start to finish. Hanna helped my feral dog we adopted build confidence, feel safe in her environment, and even learn to walk on a leash—something I never imagined possible. Her knowledge, patience, and calm, supportive approach made such a difference. She provided tons of helpful resources, individualized strategies, and always made sure I felt confident carrying over the training at home. With the number of dogs I have—and the fact that I foster frequently—Hanna has been a lifesaver in helping me manage behavior, create structure, and maintain a peaceful home. I brought my boy Arrow in for the 4 week board and train program and what a transformation!! He’s a 1.5 year old Alaskan Husky and now we can go on walks without him pulling. He can be around other animals, and he’s so much more tamed around other people. He listens to commands, will go to place and stay. I’m very pleased with everyone at Wild at Heart and I would definitely recommend taking your animals here.

Our experience at WAH Training Academy for my highly reactive doodle, Joey, has been very positive. Because of Joey's reactivity, we had been through multiple trainers in this area. Aubrie Keith, at WAH, was the first to really help Joey begin to accept training and lessen his reactivity. After our 8 sessions we continued on in a group class with Hannah for some time as well. The training at WAH is not just for your pet, but for you as your pet's handler and partner to ensure their success. Joey will be a reactive dog his entire life, but the tools, tactics and learnings from WAH have given us both the ability to work through his triggers in a safe and consistent way. I think that the methods at WAH have been very helpful for both Joey and myself and have given us the fundamentals to keep exposing him to, and working through his issues. Joey is in a much better place than where he was before training, but he will always be in training for the balance of his life and we are both ready and capable for this. The skills Aubrie taught me have helped me with my other dogs as well, none of which have Joey's reactivity.

We got Daisy when she was about 3 months old and right away we noticed she was extremely reactive to other animals in public to the point we couldn’t take her places to socialize because people thought she was aggressive. We were also struggling to teach her basics commands due to her high shepherd energy. After finding Wild at Heart and going through their training program and day school, Daisy is now a completely different pup. Everyone that works here has been super sweet and helpful and we love the experience we have had! Alyssa has helped us so much over the last few months get Daisy to where she is now. Daisy now loves going in public on adventures and joining them in day school every week thanks to this wonderful group of people!
