Whittier Dog Club - Training & Boarding

I can't thank Whittier Dog Club enough for the transformation they've made in my dog, Brodie. I used to be so nervous about walking him or taking him out because of his aggression issues—he would bark, lunge, and pull constantly. But after completing their 6-week board and train rehabilitation program, Brodie is like a new dog. He walks calmly by my side, no barking, no lunging, no pulling. He's incredibly obedient now. What really stood out to me was the structure of the program and the communication throughout. I received frequent updates, and a private lesson halfway through, along with the one at the end, gave me the tools I needed to continue his training confidently at home. They even have a follow-up lesson planned to help him fully adjust. Watching Brodie featured in their Instagram stories working alongside other dogs made me feel so connected to his progress. I’m finally excited to take him places—Home Depot is next on our list! I highly recommend Whittier Dog Club if you're looking for real, lasting results with your pup.

I can’t thank Chris, Sasha and his staff enough. They are so wonderful and truly skilled. I took my 5 month old puppy Elio, who is a bernedoodle, for 4 weeks of board & train. He was very jumpy, easily distracted, and basically all over the place. The training has made such a huge difference already. He settles a lot quicker, we can actually enjoy our walks now as he’s not leash pulling and he’s much more attentive. I looked forward to continuing his training with this facility and at home and to continue to see his progress as he gets older. 100% recommend investing in this program.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WHITTIER DOG CLUB! Everyone here goes over and beyond the realm of Dog training. Chris, Rudy and Sasha are an exceptional team, and so is their facility. I initially had both of my dachshunds there for a board and train. Sasha is very attentive to detail and responds in a very timely manner and is amazing with clarifying any questions you may have, as well as ensuring your pups will be well taken care of and gives you SUCH amazing updates. Chris and Rudy are such highly skilled trainers, that in addition to knowing how to handle any dog, they also genuinely care about them and they truly love what they do! Rudy was exceptional, super patient and helpful with my dogs and sending me updated on my dachshunds. Chris sits you down and goes into detail their training program and what they do. I have noticed such an improvement at with my dogs- I trust Whittier Dog Club with my dogs and their training program works.

We recently finished the board and train program with our 6-month old mini Goldendoodle puppy and am so happy with the results we've seen so far! Our puppy can settle much quicker, can go for walks without pulling, and stay more focused when we need his attention. Honestly, we were a little hesitant to do something like "board and train" initially given how young our dog was, but given that my partner and I had never had a dog before, we wanted to make sure we gave our puppy a solid foundation with basic obedience before any type of behaviors became too hard to manage. We looked around a few other places but after a phone call with Sasha, we instantly knew that Whittier Dog Club was the place to go because they would have our dog's best interest in mind. It's great to know that we can contact Chris and Sasha with any questions. Group training also comes included, so we will be sure to continue following up with training throughout our dog's life. So much of the training is on us and Whittier Dog Club has been a fantastic resource. I feel much more confident being able to provide a stable environment for a happy, obedient dog-owner relationship. Thank you guys so much for the foundation and guidance in training Louie! We look forward to continue to train with you guys and seeing Louie grow more and more confident in himself!
