FirstBarkRob is excellent, brought my 8 month old Rottweiler Diesel there for training. I couldn’t recommend him more ! Caring, very knowledgeable and does a good job staying in contact and updating you with the progress.

When is your next session? And how much?
If you want to have your dog trained, contact the owner, the important thing to remember is make reservations now for fall. He is extremely busy and has limited space. He has different options available for training such as obedience training or for hunting. Dogs stay with him uninterrupted for 3 weeks. He does use a correction device to aid in training. I hope this helps with your decision. He can tell you how much he charges, he is substantially less then other trainers.

Rob did an amazing job training our puppy a few years ago, and we continue to trust him for boarding whenever we travel. He treats our dog like family, is incredibly accommodating with our schedule, and is always such a pleasure to work with. Thank you Rob!

This is our second time boarding with Rob. The journey with our dog actually began last spring in preparation for a family vacation in August. Our dog Boomer had never been boarded anywhere, or even slept in a kennel at home. Boomer was never a people person outside of our immediate family and a close neighbor. His behavior around other dogs made us nervous as well. Rob said bring Boomer to visit. Boomer was so scared at the beginning he could hardly walk. Rob encouraged me and gave me hope that he would indeed come around. I brought him in for routine visits for some time and eventually, Rob was leading Boomer around his beautiful training facility and having him spend some minutes in a kennel while I was out of sight. It was a commitment for both of us. When I left tonight Boomer was kissing Rob all over his face. Thank you Rob for your patience and compassion for us, Boomer and all the dogs you take care of!
