We have been in business since 2000 professionally training about 350 dogs per year in American Kennel Club Certified Programs. We use Praise Motivated Training Techniques and provide 3-4 hour Train the Trainer turn over to transfer to you what we taught your family pet. The training of the family to handle their newly trained dog is what separates us from other trainers. We guarantee our training result or you do not pay for the training. In the 26+ years we have been training family dogs, I have never met a company that stands behind their work like we do. Our home on 11 acres is the perfect training environment. MATTHEW, Ace is doing very well in his training. He has also settled in nicely and is currently working on all the AKC Basic Obedience Concepts. He is working doing three 45 minute training sessions per day as well as three 1.5 hour play sessions. We have had a chance to talk and text a couple of times. Are they qualified to train a deaf dog?
Hello Natasha, thanks for your question. We are qualified to Train Dogs that do not hear or do not see. If you look us up on Face Book - search for - Whispering Oaks Kennels Professional Dog Training - you will see a dog named "Egg" who came to us for Passive Aggression issues. Egg came back to us one year later for boarding; I greeted him and put him through his paces immediately. I had Carley video tape. Egg did everything perfectly. He can see, but not hear. He learned all his Basic Obedience through Hand Motions and looking at our face and body. We have been training dogs professionally for 20 years. Mike Sinteff is an AKC Evaluation #32666

What are the prices ?
I believe training is $70 daily. Not sure about boarding. They have website with phone number. Just had my dog trained there.

I primarily had three objectives that I wanted accomplished through this training. The first was largely met. The second was partially met. The third was not much affected by the training. The bottom line is that I gave them a very reactive and stubborn dog. They returned a significantly less reactive dog and a dog whose cooperative behavior was improved. I don't want to understate the effect of the training. What did get accomplished significantly improved my dog's behavior overall. This service isn't cheap but I don't regret the money spent even though everything I would have liked to be accomplished wasn't obtained. I recommend this service.
Took my soft coated wheaten terrier to whispering oaks…she was there for 6 weeks of training …they did a fantastic job with CloE…I still had work to do at home & kept it up ..now she’s dog everyone wants …so sweet and gentle and very well behaved…I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! Thank you so much for helping me get my wild fur baby trained and us😂

Dolly is a very active Pudlepointer who had problems walking on a leash without pulling. She was very interested in cats and would try to chase them. She had pulled me to the ground several times. Recently, at five months we sent Dolly for three weeks training at Whispering Oaks. We now have a very well disciplined hunting dog who is also an excellent house dog. The owner and staff at Whispering Oaks initially spent extra time listening to our needs for Dolly. As Dolly was already hunting, my husband was concerned that no techniques would be used that could interfer with her ability to hunt. My concern was having a house dog that I could control and take outside without worrying about falling. They adjusted training so that our pet is both an excellent house dog and hunter. Dolly is now totally off leash in the house. She is usually off leash with my husband Terry in our yard and when hunting. Dolliy walks on a leash very very well. In addition, she obeys basic commands and needs very little correcting. She is still a very active puppy, but is well behaved and controllable. Terry and I are both pleased with the training Dolly received. If you have a dog needing a little discipline, you can trust the staff at Whispering Oaks to take care of your pet and return it to you as a more pleasant member of your family.
We had a rowdy and rambunctious boxer. After 21 days of training he is the most well behaved 7 month old boxer we have owned. The team at whispering oaks did a fantastic job with him and we would not hesitate to take our next dog to them. Do yourself a favor and take your dog to them. You will not be disappointed.
