Yes they do. I would suggest calling them tomorrow morning to sign up for their beginners basic obedience class.

I have an older golden retriever. She has joint problems. I needed to board her and called Whats Up Dog. Go register on our web site and then make reservations was the response. OK. I'm not great on computers so an hour later I have posted all ok my dog's information. Including scanning in her vaccinations. I get 4 emails from What's Up Dog. One said her rabies vaccination was about to expire. Nope she just got all her vaccinations. I called to get this squared away and was told she could not be boarded. Why? They evidently have stairs and my dog is not good on stairs so the owner rejected her reservation. Then I get the last email in the chain saying sorry, they don't have vacancies. Two major problems, 1) if you have limitations state them up front, not after I have spent 2 hours trying to make reservations, 2) Don't lie to me. If you will not accept my dog due to her physical limitations just say so. Don't lie via text saying you're full.
Max is my 100 lb 2 yr old well trained GSD. It’s obvious Max enjoys he’s stay at WHAT’S UP DOG bc he’s very excited when we arrived and especially when he sees Crystal and the friendly staff. Crystal does a great job taking care of him. He gets exercise, plenty of attention and always comes home clean. Thx for taking care of Max !
Say what you mean and mean what you say…if you tell a customer you will do something, you should do it and make things right if you can’t follow through.
I can’t say enough good things about What’s Up Dog. We don’t go anywhere else. Great local business. Love all the staff. Oscar gets regular grooming there and he really enjoys playing with the daycare doggies while he’s there. They also have a huge selection of high quality food. We picked up this little opossum a couple of days ago & he loves it ❤️
