What's Up Dog? Miramar Beach

First off I want to say that I was so hesitant to take my 2 yo doodle to get groomed here. I had heard from one veterinarian and a few people to take him elsewhere. I had taken him there for daycare and he really loved it. So I decided to take him in and just express my concerns with the grooming. The groomer, Tori came out and spent 15 minutes with me reassuring me that she would take care of him and have him done in less than three hours. Well she delivered. He looked ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She cut him exactly like I asked her to, he was done in a timely manner, and when I arrived to pick him up, he was practically licking her to death. His ears were clean and nails trimmed and filed. He just looked so fresh and happy. He loves going to What's Up Dog. The staff has always been professional and kind to me and my dog. The manager, Corey, even took time out of his day to contact me and make me feel confident that my dog would be taken care of. The store and daycare area are always clean and it smells nice in there. I will continue to take him to daycare and use Tori for grooming from now on. Please do not listen to negative reviews. Take your dog here and experience the 5 star service for yourself. Unfortunately I feel like no one takes the time to leave a positive review. All people do is complain these days. The employees are so helpful and have a smile on their face. Especially the young ones working the daycare. They're always so personable and pleasant to talk to when I drop off/pick up. Fantastic place! I'd leave 10 stars if I could.

We took our 5 month old puppies for grooming. The girl that took our puppies was nice and the puppies went with her. When we picked them up, I was told that they could not even touch the dogs (even though they were bathed and trimmed). They brought the puppies out on tie ropes and dropped their leashes and halters on the floor. For a training facility, they definitely don’t know how to handle dogs and they stereotype breeds. Everywhere we take the pups, people can approach and pet when doing so properly. Makes me wonder what went on. Our pups have been groomed in our home town with only good things to say. Obviously this is a place for dogs that are older and don’t have any emotion. And the man who checked us out was beyond rude and unprofessional. He should not deal with the public. To think that a 5 month old puppy could not be handled by a trainer should make you reconsider who trains your dog. I would never use any of their services. Also, they deleted my account before I could even see my invoice or what I was charge for.
