Shout out to Anthony for his great dog training skills! Jake, my GS mix is a rescue dog with trust issues. Anthony worked with both of us on individual and group sessions. Jake’s behavior has greatly improved!! He enjoys his walks and today we went to the vet for yearly check-up w/o anxiety or pre-medications we had to use in previous visits!! Thank you Anthony, your training skills are awesome and appreciated!!!

What-A-Canine is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! If I could give more stars on this review, I would! Mr. Anthony is so knowledgeable and invested in training you how to handle and understand your dog. It's amazing what one session will do - I did the training package of 4 sessions for $500 with my German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix, Brynn, and I was totally amazed by the work accomplished in every session. She has calmed down so much, can walk on a leash without pulling, can sit, stay, and even lay down when I pull the collar and leash out to go for a walk, and she behaves very well when going to the vet or anywhere public for that matter. Aside from the training, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Anthony and his trainers in-training, Max and Bobby (I think that was her name, please forgive me if I'm wrong!). All 3 work so well together and really treat you and your dog like family. I felt very welcomed and supported by everyone, which was very encouraging for me. Mr. Anthony's patience is that of a saint. He allowed me 2 extensions for my training package, which is valid for 2 months after purchasing. He's very understanding, is quick and efficient to communicate with, and is always willing to answer any and every question you may have for you or your dog. He always explains why every method works and uses many analogies that we as people can relate to in order to understand exactly how it is for our dogs. Mr. Anthony and his team are truly amazing, and I'm definitely looking forward to working with them again in the future. I'm so glad I didn't invest into any other place to train Brynn. These guys are the best around!! Thank you so much for everything, it was an absolute pleasure!

I adopted a 4 year old rescue last year that struggles with reactivity towards people. I scheduled a consultation with Anthony thanks to my vet’s recommendation where he settled my dog faster than I’ve ever seen before and then talked about triggers for his reactivity. I scheduled a full training session with him after where we brought in some triggers and he taught me how to handle the situation on my own . Since then, I’ve been able to practice on my own and my dog has shown major improvements that I never would have believed possible a few months ago. I highly recommend What-A-Canine to anyone for any dog training needs and I look forward to scheduling another session to work on some other triggers!
